Restoring Light & Love - A Suicide Widow's Retreat

This 5-day transformational retreat is for women of all walks of life who have lost a spouse or partner to suicide. This grief retreat leverages the healing power of the ocean, surfing, yoga, mediation, art/sound therapy, and deep breath work to begin to restore your natural, infinite inner light. Join us in the vibrant town of Sayulita, Mexico to begin a transformative journey into healing after loss.

Your 5-day excursion includes:

• Ground transportation to/from Puerto Vallarta’s international airport.

• 4 nights lodging in your own a private casita at Casa Cinetica.

• All food and non-alcoholic beverages on campus. All of our chef-prepared meals are locally sourced and served in the authentic family style of Mexican cooking.

• Daily Morning Yoga + Meditation

• Art and Sound Therapy

• Breath work practice for trauma healing

• (Optional) Daily Surf Lessons. We welcome all levels of surfing — new and experienced.

• Small Group Therapy with a licensed therapist / social worker trained in suicide loss

• Psycho-education on the neurological effects of Widows’ Brain

• Daily walks on the beach with guided spiritual meditations at Golden Hour

• An evening group mediumship session with individual readings.

• A sunset sail on the Bay of Banderas with a water ceremony honoring our loved ones.
